A little about me

People. Systems.
Possibilities.

I’m Jaroslav — Jaro for short. An enterprise IT leader, team builder, and the person behind Living Knowledge.

Making complexity work.

For more than 20 years, I’ve been leading IT operations for some of the world’s largest Fortune companies, helping them run, stabilize, and transform mission-critical SAP environments.

My work sits at the intersection of IT Service Management, SAP consulting, multi-cloud hosting, automation, and data-driven operations — with the same objective: making complex enterprise technology more reliable, efficient, and easier to evolve.

I’ve built and led high-performing teams, driven large-scale transformation initiatives, and worked directly with senior executives and board-level stakeholders. That means bringing strategy, operational performance, transformation roadmaps, risks, and outcomes into the same conversation. Along the way, I’ve received multiple awards in IT operations.

Outside my professional role, I pursue Living Knowledge through an independent research initiative: exploring how fragmented documentation, operational experience, data, and AI can become continuously evolving knowledge.
